Food makers have been quick to react and have offered a huge range of low or no fat foods, but despite this the American people are getting larger, the uncomplicated reason for this may surprise you!

The weight somebody puts on isn’t always as a consequence of high fat foods, although they obviously do not help, however a result of too a number of calories turning into body fat. The term fat-free can be a trap if you begin to believe that you can eat any amount of lite food, when it is far better to react to hunger with healthy snacks.
